Penrith Whitewater Stadium is one of the best canoeing facilities in the world and is a great place to learn to paddle or improve your skills.

We offer a variety of sessions and courses as part of our Instruction Program that vary in length from a one-hour session to multi-day skills improvement courses.

Instruction is offered in two basic forms - private or group.
Private Instruction - we will work with you to determine how best to meet your specific needs. This may include one-on-one instruction, a small group, or instruction in an area not covered by an existing course.
Group Instruction - you will learn with a group of 3-8 people of similar skills and experience to yourself. This is our most popular form of instruction and is used for all our scheduled courses.
